Drew Simms is an accomplished explorer, photographer, filmmaker, creative director, and editor. Over the past eight years, Drew has carved out a distinct voice in the outdoor space, blending a deep passion for nature, storytelling, and adventure-driven content. Drew specializes in aerial cinematography, using drones to capture dynamic perspectives that elevate his visual storytelling
His journey began by living out of his Jeep for over three years, overlanding across the U.S. and immersing himself in some of the country’s most remote and rugged landscapes. That experience sparked a lifelong pursuit of capturing the wild—leading him to wildlife photography and filmmaking, as well as a growing passion for automotive-based storytelling. Whether documenting elusive animals, filming high-alpine expeditions, or producing content that fuses vehicle-based travel with the natural world, Drew’s work is rooted in exploration and authenticity.
Drew’s creative style is layered by themes of wilderness, solitude, and the pursuit of the untamed—often found deep in the mountains or far off-grid. Through social media, short films, and branded content, he brings these stories to life, encouraging others to explore and reconnect with the wild world around them.
Today, Drew continues to build a growing body of work as a filmmaker and creative director, collaborating with outdoor, automotive, and conservation-minded brands. His mission remains clear: to inspire people to slow down, venture outside, and see the world with a renewed sense of wonder and respect.
