We exist to solve a major gap in the industry: too many brands struggle to find creators who not only align with their message and marketing goals, but also execute at a high level while others lack the time, strategy, or consistency to manage their own social media presence effectively.

Our founder, Cody Conk, has lived on both sides. With 7+ years as a full-time content creator (partnering with brands like Toyota, Sony, Marriott, Columbia, and Visit Abu Dhabi), and over a decade managing 20,000+ business clients in the corporate world, Cody understands both the creative and operational demands of the industry. Before launching Yoen & Co., he also successfully ran a social media marketing agency for two years, managing over 20 clients and helping brands grow their online presence.

That unique blend of experience, creative, corporate, and entrepreneurial, led to the creation of Yoen & Co., a bridge between creativity and business built to elevate both brands and creators.
