Our founder, Cody Conk, has lived on both sides. With 7+ years as a full-time content creator (partnering with brands like Toyota, Sony, Marriott, Columbia, and Visit Abu Dhabi), and over a decade managing 20,000+ business clients in the corporate world, Cody understands both the creative and operational demands of the industry. Before launching Yoen & Co., he also successfully ran a social media marketing agency for two years — managing over 20 clients and helping brands grow their online presence.
That unique blend of experience — creative, corporate, and entrepreneurial — led to the creation of Yoen & Co., a bridge between creativity and business built to elevate both brands and creators.
